The NAB AFL Auskick program has been designed to let kids learn through play. During weekly sessions kids build fundamental motor skills and learn what it means to play as part of a team. Though session plans vary week-to-week, most will incorporate elements of structured skill development along with free play opportunities. It is Australian Football, modified for kids. Each session involves: warm-up, skill development, skill activity, and a scheduled and sanctioned modified game. It's designed to ensure every child gets an opportunity to learn new skills and play games. It's designed to be fun and inclusive for all children!

All interested people (coaches, officials, volunteers) are urged to attend the meeting. NAB AFL Auskick provides boys and girls aged between 5 to 12 years-old with a fun and safe Australian Football experience. Registrations for the program have been open in the region since mid-January, and youngsters can sign on at aflauskick.com.au. The 2014 NAB AFL Auskick season was launched live on Channel Seven’s Sunrise program when the Little Big Time took centre stage in Sydney’s Auskick Registrations for 2013 are now open! Auskickers run, jump, kick, laugh, express themselves and create their own special moments that just happens to be footy. No matter if you know the game or not, Auskick is a great way for children to have fun, make friends and being involved in Auskick is an introductory program to Australian Rules Football teaching the basic skills of the game which include kicking, marking, handball, picking up, bouncing, evasion and ruck work.
